Job Description: Roof Ohio is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales team to review project scope, specifications, and client expectations.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
3. Coordinate project activities, including material procurement, crew scheduling, and subcontractor management.
4. Conduct pre-project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to review project requirements and expectations.
5. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and any changes to the project scope or schedule.
6. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
7. Ensure that projects are completed in compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
8. Conduct quality inspections to verify that work meets Roof Ohio's standards and client expectations.
9. Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
10. Resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the project, working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to find mutually satisfactory solutions.
11. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
12. Conduct post-project evaluations to review project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
13. Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to continually improve project outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing industry or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, and construction techniques.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
6. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
8. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
